Sandra is a Senior Executive with consistent successes in technology, beauty, and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining HeavenGroup she was the President of Neill Technologies, a leading provider of operating software for salons and spas with over 10,000 installed locations. She was also the Vice President of Neill Corporation, the largest independent distributor of Aveda products in the world. Sandra began her career with Cardinal Health, a Fortune 20 company, where she served as the youngest Director of Sales in company history. Subsequently she joined Walsh Healthcare Solutions where she served as Sr. VP and General Manager for the $2 billion healthcare distribution company. Sandra's proven strengths include sales and marketing strategies, customer support, new product development and market penetration. She has spoken at numerous beauty industry events and authored articles on Salon and Spa best practices for industry-leading publications. |

John Connors, Chairman
John has been a senior executive of highly successful businesses for over 25 years. He has served as President of two multi-billion dollar global companies, most recently Iron Mountain, Inc., a $3 billion market leader in information storage and protection. Prior to that John was President of Merisel, Inc., a $6 billion global PC distributor, where he was recognized as one of the PC industry’s “Top 25 Executives”. John was a co-founder and the CEO of Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals, a publicly traded biotech company that specializes in small molecule targeted imaging agents. He was also a co-founder and the CEO of IntrinsiQ Research, the world’s leading cancer-care informatics company. John has extensive experience in business strategy, scaling businesses, completing acquisitions and integrations, building early stage companies and developing executive talent. John also is the owner of Tropez, a premier salon and spa in suburban Boston. He holds a BA from Tufts University. |

Thomas L. Elzner, Director
Tom is the Founder and President of Skin Spa New York, a specialty skin care boutique in New York City. With 42 treatment rooms in four Manhattan locations, Skin Spa New York is one of the largest spa operations in the country. Prior to founding Skin Spa New York he worked for ten years in the investment banking industry where he advised high growth companies in the health care and technology sectors. Tom specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity and held senior management positions including Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Merrill Lynch, Co-Head of Private Equity Placements at Thomas Weisel Partners and head of global investment banking at Redwood Capital. Tom received his MBA from Columbia University in New York City, and his JD at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Andrew Finkelstein, Director
Andrew's name is synonomous with the beauty industry where his family owned and operated Regis Corporation, the world's largest privately owned chain of beauty salons and spas. He is credited with the discovery of Frederic Fekkai and launching the industry's first day spa. Andrew has spent over 30 years in the professional beauty industry in various executive capacities. He served as President of Jean Louis David USA an international hair salon franchise group, Senior Vice President for Glemby International, a privately held chain of 1500+ beauty salons operating as leased departments in specialty, department stores and mass merchandising stores in 7 countries, and as Vice President of Stores Operations for Cut Co Industries a publically traded hair salon franchise. Andrew began his career in retail with Federated Department stores. In 2003 Andrew founded The Beauty Resource, business development company working with independent salons/spas in the US and Canada. He is a regular contributor to various professional beauty industry publications as well as a speaker at industry conferences. Andrew received his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School.
